1. Smile
In religion, a smile is considered a worship. And people say, smile makes happy. Some research suggests that pencil-biting activity keeps the muscles around the mouth and face contracting, and can make a person happy. But, we do not need to bother doing it. It's easy, because the activity is the same as smiling. When smiling, naturally a person activates a nerve center that regulates human emotions and a sense of happiness.
