10 Tips to Wake Up and Tahajud

For Muslims, praying tahajud is sunnah worship. In addition to calming the soul, your prayers will be more easily granted by diligently performing this worship. Unfortunately, many people consider tahajud praying is heavy to do. Understandably, when one-third night comes we prefer to fall asleep until noon. When opening the eyes, it turns out the sun is bright, prayer time has passed.

1. If you want to get up in a third night, you must stop staying up and get to bed less than 10:00 at night.
If you want to wake up in a third night, then you must stop the habit of staying up. Body that has tired of activity until late at night will make you hard to get up in the morning. If you wished you could wake up at 2:00 AM, at least you'd be sleeping at ten o'clock. If you want to get up at 3:00 am at least you're asleep at 11:00. Usually you can wake up with fresh conditions when you've slept 4 hours.

Waking up in the morning is sometimes a tough thing especially when you are already full of activity during the day. However, now waking up in the morning is not impossible if you get quality sleep despite sleeping in a short time. One way is to condition the room to be comfortable. For example you can start cleaning your mattress before bed and get rid of gadgets and electronic goods from the bed. And do not forget to routinely replace bed sheets and pillowcases every week. Well, this activity, your sleep will be more relaxed and quality. So you can wake up in a third night to pray with passion and no longer lazy.
3. Wake up early morning becomes easier if you no longer eat too full, especially at dinner.
If you really want to be able to pray during special times, try to stop eating too much at night. Because eating full will make your stomach feel full and lazy to move. So it is advisable that you can stop the dinner at 6pm by eating the appropriate menus.
4. Drink a glass of water before going to bed
Water will help your body become fresher with the intake of oxygen present in mineral water. In addition, fluid intake will also make your sleep become more qualified.
5. Sleeping on your side to the right
To wake up in a third night becomes heavy because you are lazy to get moving. Instead of wanting to find ablution soon, you just feel very sleepy because your sleep is not really make rest.
